Birds
- We do not attempt to sex racing kits of squeakers.
- Although every care is taken, sexing of the earlier bred young birds is not a 100% guarantee.
- Early season young birds are rung with Midlands National Flying Club Rings.
- We do not ring birds with customers own rings.

Order process
- Any problems with an order must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the birds.
- If you are unhappy with an order and would like a refund, you must send the bird/s back at your own expense.
- If you would like to exchange a bird, customers are obliged to pay half the carriage at cost.

Vaccinations
- All adult birds are vaccinated once a year in September/October.
- All young birds are vaccinated before they leave Louella. If you require a vaccination certificate please ask when you are ordering your birds.
- We use Noblis Paramyxo to vaccinate.

RPRA
- All birds are transferred by Louella into the name of the customer. If you are not a member of the RPRA they will give you a NA number (Non-Affiliated member) for the transfer.
- If you lose a pigeon purchased from Louella it is not likely to return to us as we do not fly birds out. In the event of it being reported as a stray to the union, you, the customer should be notified directly by the RPRA.

- All birds are sold with three-generation pedigree. Unless otherwise stated.
